Here is everything in the jar, a rich, waterless blend of butters and seed oils. The main thing to name is that the shea and kokum are derived from tree nuts (though shea in particular is well tolerated even by many with nut allergies). The rest are light botanical and food-derived notes.

The rich, melting base. Shea is derived from a tree nut, so it’s the note for anyone with a tree-nut allergy, though shea butter is highly refined and well tolerated even by many who react to nuts. Kokum is a food-derived seed butter.

Seed OilsGrape, Moringa, Jojoba, Black Seed, Black Currant, Castor

The nutrient-rich oil blend, all food- or plant-derived seed oils. Reactions are uncommon. Black seed and castor are very occasional contact sensitizers, named here just so the full list is in front of you.

Soothing BotanicalsGotu Kola, Sodium Hyaluronate

Calming gotu kola, in the carrot and celery (Apiaceae) family, the note for that allergy, plus skin-identical sodium hyaluronate for cushioned hydration.

Vitamin ETocopherol

A natural antioxidant. One light sourcing note: the Vitamin E (tocopherol) is sunflower-derived, a light note for anyone with a sunflower or ragweed (Asteraceae) allergy, though it’s highly purified.
