All products purchased from Be You Botanicals are guaranteed for 14 days from the day you receive them. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund (minus the cost of shipping) on products in unused and in original, unopened and undamaged condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, returns will be eligible for a store credit. *All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label created – otherwise, we will not be able to authorize the refund.

In the event your product is damaged during shipment, please reach out to our customer care department. We will guide you as to how to proceed. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the USPS or UPS shipping carrier directly.
