We pack every order by hand with care. Here's how and when it reaches you — no guessing.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a second email when your order ships — with a UPS tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
U.S. shipping rates
Free UPS shipping on U.S. orders over $50. For orders under that, UPS rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States and its territories only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
