i. The Signal
When your skin looks dull, and one simple thing is all you have room for.
Some mornings the skin looks tired and flat, and the last thing you want is a decision. No ten-step routine. No Vitamin C that stings, oxidizes, or has to be mixed and activated before it does anything.
Glow Elixir was made to be the one simple thing. A few drops, pressed in. A soft, golden glow you can trust. Ten ingredients, and the whole ritual takes under a minute.
ii. The Ritual
A soft, warm glow.
A silky, brightening Vitamin C facial oil built on ten ingredients. A premium, stable form of Vitamin C sits over a light base of squalane and meadowfoam, with rosehip and green tea, for a luminous, lit-from-within look. No heat, nothing to activate. Soothing bisabolol keeps the finish calm and comfortable.
The texture is a silky, lightweight oil that absorbs fast and never feels heavy. A few drops each morning is the whole ritual, gentle enough for daily use.

iii. The Standard
How this elixir is built.
Glow Elixir uses a premium, stable, oil-soluble Vitamin C in a short, ten-ingredient formula. That form was chosen because it stays stable in the bottle and sits comfortably on reactive skin, with nothing to mix and nothing to activate before use.
The hero · Vitamin C
A closer look at the Vitamin CTetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate · THD-Ascorbate
THD-Ascorbate is an oil-soluble Vitamin C ester, one of the gentlest and most stable forms available. It stays stable in the bottle, so there is nothing to mix, nothing to activate, and no sting on application. We include it for the look it supports: brighter, more even, luminous. It sits at a level chosen for comfort on reactive skin, and it is the formula’s one synthetic ingredient, named in full here rather than tucked into the INCI.
A little goes a long way. Most customers use one bottle for 6 to 12 months.
Sensory Notes
A silky, lightweight oil that absorbs fast and feels weightless. The first touch is light and smooth. It sinks in cleanly and leaves skin looking fresh and luminous. There is no tingle and no sting, and nothing that asks your system to brace.
How to Use
Warm it between your palms
Press a few drops between your palms and let the oil warm before it meets your skin. Cold oil on tired skin is a small shock. This step removes it.
Place your hands first
Rest your palms over your face for a breath or two before you move. Let your system register the warmth and know what is coming. It is a small thing, and it is the part that lets your shoulders drop.
Press it in, slowly
Press gently over the face and neck, moving upward. No rubbing, no pulling, no stretching the skin. Let the oil sink in on its own while you keep breathing.
Pause before you seal
Let the elixir settle for a moment before you reach for anything else. Then follow with a butter or cream if you are using one. Nothing here needs to be rushed.
Best in the morning
Use in the AM, after your serum, for a fresh start to the day. Gentle enough for daily use.
Where it sits in your routine
This is step four. Cleanse, then an essence, then a serum, then this pressed in. It can be the last step on its own, or it can go under the Ceramide Barrier Cream or the Defy Face Butter when your skin wants more over the top.
Once or twice a week the Cacao Renewal Polish or the Radiance Mask goes in after cleansing. That step is optional, and the routine works without it.
Care & Keeping
How long a bottle lasts
Most customers use one bottle for 6 to 12 months. A few drops covers a face, and the dropper makes it easy to take less than you think you need.
Whether it is preserved, and why not
No, and it does not need one. There is no water in here. A preservative exists to stop things growing in water, and with no water there is nothing to grow in. That is one more thing left out on purpose, and it is part of why the list is as short as it is.
What is in here instead is vitamin E. Those are antioxidants. They slow the oils turning over time, which is a different job from preserving, and worth knowing the difference if you read labels closely.
Storing it
Cool, out of direct sunlight, cap closed. Oils mind light and heat more than they mind anything else, so a sunny windowsill and the shelf above a hot shower are the two places to avoid. A drawer or a cupboard is ideal.
If it arrives warm, and when to stop
Warmth in transit is nothing to worry about here. There is no water and no emulsion in this bottle, so there is nothing to melt and nothing to split. Leave it somewhere cool and it will be exactly as it should be.
What to watch for over a long time is the smell. Plant oils turn eventually, and when they do the scent goes sharp or flat rather than soft. If yours smells different from the bottle you opened, stop using it on your face and tell us, and we will replace it.
Ingredients
A short, clean, ten-ingredient Vitamin C oil. Every ingredient earns its place.

Formulated for reactive, easily-overwhelmed skin. We suggest a patch test on the inner forearm, left 24 hours, before facial use.
Do not use on active acne. Use only when acne has healed. For external use only.
Indiefog products are cosmetics, made to cleanse, soften, and comfort skin, not to treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Because we prioritize freshness and small-batch production, the list above may occasionally vary from your packaging. The ingredient list printed on your bottle always reflects the exact formula inside.

Sensitivity Transparency
The simplest glow in the line, and open about every ingredient.
I formulate for bodies that react to almost everything, including my own. So I build for less, and I name all of it. Here, that is ten ingredients.
Glow Elixir brightens the look of dull, tired skin using a gentle, stable, oil-soluble Vitamin C, with nothing to activate or mix. It is truly fragrance-free and essential oil-free. If you are navigating an autoimmune condition, MCAS, eczema, psoriasis, or skin that is wary of strong Vitamin C, this is glow with nothing sharp in it. Here is the full picture, and it is short.
Why it’s made for reactive skin
Truly fragrance-free
This one is truly fragrance-free. There is no synthetic fragrance and no essential oils, and as a waterless oil it carries none of the benzyl alcohol found in our water-based butters. Nothing scented at all. The faint, soft note is simply the oils themselves.
Every ingredient, named
Here is everything in the bottle, just ten ingredients. There is little to flag. The notes below name the one synthetic ingredient, two light sourcing notes, and the one use note worth repeating.
Open the full ingredient list
That is everything in the bottle. Nothing hidden, nothing implied. Two small notes. This is a Vitamin C oil, so it is best on healed skin, not on active acne, and it is for external use only. If an ingredient gives you pause, patch test a small area first. You know your body best.
If you are navigating a condition, use this alongside your doctors, never instead. Glow Elixir is a cosmetic. It is made to soften and comfort skin, and it does not treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
