The hemp extractFull-spectrum hemp extract is what makes this Pure Reset rather than Pure Descent. It is hemp-derived, and it is included for a calm, quiet sensory experience. Full-spectrum means it carries the plant’s other compounds alongside the CBD. Ours tests non-detect for THC.
The magnesiumMagnesium chloride, at about 200 mg of magnesium per teaspoon. It is what gives the butter its smooth, grounding feel, and it is very low-allergen.
The baseRaw shea, coconut and mango butters. The texture is rich and melting. Massage a little into the back of the neck and shoulders, or wherever you carry the day.

How to use it

Patch test first

With hemp extract on board, try a small amount on the inside of the forearm and wait 24 hours before fuller use.

Warm a small amount

Take a little on clean fingertips and let it soften. A small scoop goes a long way.

Place your hands first

Rest your warm hands on the back of your neck or your shoulders for a breath before you start. Let your system register the warmth and know what is coming. It is the part that lets your shoulders drop.

Massage where you carry it

Smooth into the back of the neck, the shoulders, or wherever you hold the day. Slowly, and with more pressure than you think you need.

Keep it external

External use only. Wash your hands after, and keep away from eyes and broken skin.

Included for a calm, quiet sensory experience. It is hemp-derived. Full-spectrum means it carries the plant’s other compounds alongside the CBD. Ours tests non-detect for THC. Not for use if pregnant, nursing, or under 21.

The mineral that gives the butter its smooth, grounding feel. Very low-allergen and gentle.

AquaThe solvent the magnesium goes in

Water is what makes a preservative necessary, and it is why a jar that arrives separated should not be used.

Shea, Coconut & Mango ButtersRaw & unrefined, organic

The nourishing base. Mango is in the Anacardiaceae family, alongside cashew and pistachio. Shea is tree-derived and clinically low-allergen even for tree-nut-reactive skin. Both are named here for anyone with those specific allergies.

Cetearyl Olivate & Sorbitan OlivateOlive-derived emulsifier

The olive-based system that holds the butter together so it spreads evenly. Plant-derived and low-reactivity.

Benzyl AlcoholECOCERT-permitted preservative

Keeps the formula stable. It is here as a preservative rather than a scent ingredient, and it is also a declarable fragrance allergen on EU labels. That is the one reason this butter is not labelled ‘fragrance-free.’

Supporting baseCandelilla wax, dehydroacetic acid, vitamin E

Texture, structure, and freshness, all low-reactivity. Our vitamin E is sunflower-derived, a light sunflower and ragweed (Asteraceae) note. It is the one botanical-family flag on this otherwise unscented formula, named for anyone watching that family.

That is everything in the jar. Nothing hidden, nothing implied. If a particular ingredient gives you pause, patch test a small area first. You know your body best.

Formulated for reactive, easily-overwhelmed skin. We suggest a patch test on the inner forearm, left 24 hours, before wider use. External use only. Keep away from eyes and broken skin, and avoid freshly shaved skin, where magnesium can tingle.
