Our Deep Hydrate Facial Toner is next level, bringing your face a powerful hydrated and pH balanced base. Formulated with three hydrating powerhouses; pure copper gluconate, vegan hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed rice protein, our toner is the perfect base for deep hydration for mature skin. With topical application of copper gluconate, it not only increases the amount of collagen in the skin, resulting in a more firm, youthful complexion, but it’s a powerful antioxidant enzyme combating free radicals, which contribute to the formation of premature wrinkles and fine lines.
